Christmas 2005

It was a wonderful Christmas. Ryan & his family would like to say a BIG thank you for all those who turn up on Christmas Day. Thank you for making Ryan's first Christmas a memorable one... and to those who can't turn up, Ryan would like to give them a great BIG CHRISTMAS HUG and a kiss, esp. baby Angel, Godma Doris and his Uncle John.

Foodwise, Ah Ma's beef rendang is damn good amd so is the Vietnamese chicken salad. Auntie Mina whipped up two Filipino desserts which were pretty popular... Poh and I contributed the chicken wings, curry puffs, etc. Auntie Joey brought us the best log cake that we have ever eaten... and Uncle Theron, the signature roasted duck/chicken/pork combo. Sweet. Poh art direction of the whole Christmas affair was commendable to say the least. The set-up look so good that no one dare to touch the food, in case they ruin the set-up...even I was asked to take food from the kitchen rather then the main serving table.
